SMS Terms

When you check the SMS box at checkout or on a guest list form, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages about events, promotions and offers from the venue or event organizer named next to the box, sent through Speakeasy. The box starts unchecked, and you can leave it unchecked.

When you sign in or book with your phone number, you agree to receive verification codes, tickets, confirmations, reminders and updates about your bookings.

You do not need to agree to marketing messages to buy tickets, book a table or join a guest list.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. A reply of STOP to a marketing message stops all marketing messages sent through Speakeasy; a reply of STOP to a ticket or booking message stops those messages. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE work too. To receive messages again, reply START to the same number.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or rented and are never shared with anyone for their own marketing or promotional purposes. An opt-in covers only the sender named when you gave it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
